Managed property management for the joint Ports of LA and Long Beach, involving negotiating, drafting and issuing leases and permits involving coordination with City’s Environmental, Engineering, Real Estate, Legal and Risk Management Departments. Acquired Southern California Edison easements for client SunEdison’s Cascade solar project in Joshua Tree, CA. Negotiated the acquisition of right-of-way and handled regulatory permitting for Golden State Water Company and various oil & gas pipeline companies in Southern California. Acquired part takes by negotiation and provided condemnation support for ACE Fairway Dr. Grade Separation Project in the City of Industry.  Currently working on property management for leased properties acquired by ACE for its grade separation projects in the City of Industry.

Working at client Chevron Pipe Line Company’s office, conducted title research, worked closely with engineers, environmental and construction managers to acquire pipeline easements and surface sites for motorized operated valves and pipeline maintenance (pigging) equipment.
